Does My Head Look Big in This by Randa Abdel-Fattah

This is my second one for May Madness as it shall be called from here on out. Took me three days which is as long as the others will take too.

Amal is sixteen year old an Australian-Palestinian-Muslim, who is in love with Adam. She makes a decision to wear the Hijab which causes issues along the way with students.

I give it 4/5. it was a good story but I felt it lacked conviction. I didn't feel anything the characters were going though and it felt as if I was just reading words instead of seeing a story play though my mind.
